Ask the right questions.
Shooter, location, subject, camera, job number, card, notes—or the exact fields your team needs.

We will review it and reply within two business days. If a rule is ambiguous, we will ask before encoding it. We use synthetic media for configuration QA—you do not need to send footage or credentials.
The same finished app adapts through a portable team configuration. No one-off fork. No generic folder dump you have to reorganize later.
Shooter, location, subject, camera, job number, card, notes—or the exact fields your team needs.
Build clean names from automatic dates, project values, job numbers, camera, card, and sequence tokens.
Put the job under the right parent, create every media/edit/export folder, and land footage exactly where it belongs.
Optionally copy your real Premiere template under the derived project name. Without one, Ingest never fabricates a project.
The operator sees the exact result before anything is created. Every run ends with useful proof, not a vague “copy complete.”
Pick a camera card or any source folder.
Answer the small set of team-configured fields.
Confirm the name, tree, media path, and destinations.
Read every destination copy back and match its checksum.
Receive an ASC MHL and plain-language ingest record.
The dangerous shortcuts are not settings. Vaultline Ingest cannot be configured to move a card, overwrite a different file, or call an unverified transfer complete.
The application gives us enough context to build the portable profile and a short, evidence-based workflow findings summary. We separate confirmed facts, open questions, and potential gaps.
Start the application →Yes. The app and one bounded team workflow configuration are free. You apply first; we configure and test it before sending it.
No. The sandboxed app has no network entitlement or network client. It cannot send footage, briefs, telemetry, or update checks anywhere.
Yes. Add multiple destinations and Ingest fans the source out in one read pass, then reads and verifies every destination independently.
It can copy a real Premiere template your team supplies and name it correctly. It deliberately never invents a blank .prproj.
The incomplete staged copy never becomes the final media file. Reconnect, run again, and verified matching files are skipped without rewrite.
macOS 13 Ventura or later. The signed and notarized download runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
