Program description
Vaultline’s SMS program sends operational messages to people who have asked to use it. Messages may include task or request acknowledgments, service and project status, scheduling details, confirmations, security notices, and support follow-ups. The program is not used to send third-party marketing.
Consent and eligibility
You enroll by knowingly providing your mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive Vaultline operational text messages, or by initiating the program through an announced opt-in keyword or workflow. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number you enroll.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is subject to carrier and network availability.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any Vaultline message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@vaultlinesolutions.com.
After opting out, you may enroll again only through a new affirmative opt-in. We may change the sending number or shortcode and will provide notice where required; opt-out requests apply to the number or program from which the messages are sent.
Acceptable use
Do not use the SMS service to transmit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or sensitive information that Vaultline has not agreed to process. Automated commands may be subject to authentication, authorization, confirmation, rate limits, and audit controls. A text instruction does not expand your authority or override an applicable service agreement.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, messages, consent records, and other information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the program, our practices, or applicable requirements. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued participation after an update means the revised terms apply to future messages, subject to your right to opt out at any time.
