What Vaultline Solutions builds

Vaultline Solutions builds Media Nexus for in-house content teams. Media Nexus indexes the media storage a team already has. The masters stay on that NAS or RAID. The system is installed on hardware the team controls. Indexing is read-only: Media Nexus does not rename, move, or delete originals. Transcription and tagging run on that same hardware. The team owns the installed system.

Media Nexus is one of three ways we work with a team, and everything we deliver is for the client's own team: internal tools and hands-on help, never a public-facing service run in its name. The second is Workflow and Intelligence: AI and workflow consulting, editing and motion graphics help, administration and training, plus Traceframe, a custom engagement that connects a published post back to the footage that made it, and internal dashboards. The third is Products: standalone tools such as Airview Studio, DriveDock and Drive Inspector.

The public site is https://www.vaultlinesolutions.com. The product definition is what Media Nexus is. Search, ingest, relay, review, photo, and integrations sit on that archive, and they are described on Capabilities.

Who this company is not

A search for Vaultline Solutions also finds a technology and security firm in Nakuru, Kenya. Descriptions of that firm talk about CCTV installation, perimeter security with electric fencing, and high-speed internet. Vaultline Solutions is not that firm. We do not install CCTV. We do not install electric fences. We do not sell internet service.

The same search finds vaultline.co, a private fintech product for automated trading. Vaultline Solutions is not that product. We do not run a trading platform. The site for this company is https://www.vaultlinesolutions.com.

What the product is not

Media Nexus is not a SaaS MAM. The library does not have to be uploaded to someone else's account before the team can search it. It is not a backup. An index of a volume tells you what that volume holds. It does not copy the volume. It is not an AV installer, and it is not the commercial installer at media-nexus.com. That distinction is the subject of what Media Nexus is.

  • Not the technology and security firm in Nakuru, Kenya.
  • Not CCTV, electric fencing, or internet service.
  • Not the trading product at vaultline.co, and not a trading platform.
  • Not a SaaS MAM, a backup, or an AV installer.

Where to go next

The questions in-house teams ask before they change how footage is stored are collected under Answers. The archive can be built on the team's own media before they pay to keep it. That offer is the Free Build, and the intake is Build before you buy.
